This episode starts with us seeing Barbara get snatched by the monster, but we saw her disappear last episode, so it was anti-climactic. They shouldn't have shown us that last episode.She's in some alternate universe with a monster, because Barbara is in the same pool but without water. Is the monster in our universe & takes people back to his? Can he temporarily jump here? I don't really care. I'm not impressed that they pulled a Poltergeist scene. It seems like this show is overhyped because of all the references to other movies. This show is getting boring.
Eleven decides not to kill a cat but she has no problem killing those two men who were just putting her back in her room. Nice hypocrisy. She lets the Millennium Falcon fall twice & glares at the chubby kid when he asks her to make it float but then she makes it float when nobody is around. Then she seems to be able to talk just fine to Mike about the bullies at school. So why isn't she explaining better about Will? She's just choosing to be difficult to these boys who are helping her. She already got the diner owner killed because she didn't talk.
The ending was pretty sad, but that's because hugging your mom is an emotional thing, not because of this show. I think this is a good episode to stop watching.
