Daredevil
S02E12
I'm glad that they explained that Elektra is "Black Sky" because there is no way a human little girl could overpower 3 grown men. I like that she was murdering people since she was a kid. I was hoping she would murder Stick anyway.
Mr. No-Murder Daredevil threw the kitana on the floor so he wouldn't kill any ninjas, but aren't they zombie ninjas? Why do they even breathe?
It was a little ridiculous that he could hear Stick whisper in another room but couldn't hear the rustling of the ninja's clothes.
"One shot, one kill."
The Punisher's CO was The Blacksmith, that explains why I've never heard of this guy. What a lame villain name. I like that he just shot him. Also the body armor had the armor plating in a skull shape, I guess he will paint it white in his own show.

S02E11
I can't believe he jumped out the window, he really is Red Batman! It was cool though that he saved Night Nurse.
She was so dumb though when she quit her job. Does she think that hospitals treat people for free? Where does she think her salary comes from? Hospitals need private donations to function & Daredevil is working with the police to stop this. I don't know why they made her do that, you would think after witnessing Aliens almost destroy Grand Central it wouldn't be too much of a leap to conclude that maybe they have technology to raise the dead.
I'm surprised The Punisher thought The Blacksmith would surrender so easily, also surprised that Matt suggested letting him kill someone. He really is over his head & needs help.
Elektra just killed those two dudes. I hope she kills Stick, I was never a fan of his, ever since he was introduced in the comics.
Daredevil
S02E10
Such a good scene with Kingpin & Daredevil in the jail. Kingpin didn't care that Murdock was blind, he just slammed Murdock into the table. Also, when he corrected his own grammar.
"Speak her name again!"
They just shot the DA and killed her.
So funny that French dude hitting on Elektra at the tiny private airport bar. I don't even know the places they were talking about but I can't believe Stick sent him after her. That's nuts.
Karen acted like Felicity again, complaining that the police were going with her. "I can take care of myself" but she would have died if it wasn't for The Punisher.
What is wrong with those people they rescued??
I like how the episode ended just before the ninjas showed up.
Daredevil
S02E09
Such a good cell block fight scene. He just killed them all.
How crazy was The Punisher, he headbutted the Kingpin while he was still in handcuffs & didn't even react when the smoke bomb was thrown at him.
At first I thought the Kingpin was lying to him, but it turns out that the prisoner was involved. I don't remember ever reading about someone named The Blacksmith.
I like how the Kingpin admits that he tried to kill The Punisher, because they both know what the deal is & how the world works. It's great.
Karen didn't even mention the old blind man eating an apple with a big knife on his couch. All she remembers is Elektra. At least she has a new job as a reporter.
I do not remember that burned face ninja guy, I guess he's from the 1st season.
Daredevil
S02E08
Mathew is just messing up everywhere in this episode.
"Elektra, no!"
She almost died because of his stupid no killing rule. If Stick wasn't following them, they would both be dead. At least Stick wasn't stupid & knew to kill the members of the hand. His Secret Wars are not the one I would like to see but I guess it's ok if that is where they are headed with these Netflix shows.
Then he prayed at her bed after Stick healed her. Continuing his hypocrisy from last episode.
In the courtroom he hears the cop whisper something to Frank but doesn't follow up on it. I kept waiting for the DA to be like 'objection, is there a question?' because Matt was not asking frank a question, that was basically a closing argument.
Lex Luthor with the war story.
I did not like how Karen turned into Felicity in this episode. Does she really think that Matt was having a threesome with the old blind guy? because an old blind guy let her into the apartment, duh.
"Nice to meet you!"
Then The Kingpin shows up like 'Do you even lift?'!!
Daredevil
S02E07
I like how everyone is pointing out how Daredevil's beliefs doesn't reconcile with each other. He believes in the law but he's a vigilante, which is illegal. Then he thinks because he doesn't kill people because of his catholicism, that it's ok, but he's still a criminal & Elektra is right. He enjoys being violent. He's not only doing real gymnastics, but mental gymnastics to think he's better than The Punisher just because he doesn't kill criminals.
I don't know why he was shocked when Karen agreed with The Punisher's methods. She's a victim of a crime & she's seen the crime photos, not just of The Punisher's kills, but of their victims.
Daredevil's hypocrisy was on full display in this episode to both Foggy & Elektra, when he can't get it done in the courtroom, he takes it by force at night. Instead of preparing for trial or setting an alarm clock, he missed the opening statement. It's a good thing Foggy is a good lawyer, even Karen pointed out how she's done more work on the case than Murdock has.
I don't like how he could tell the train cars were empty except the one with sand, that didn't make sense. I can't believe Elektra was so stupid to think she could threaten a witness, didn't they meet in college?
Daredevil
S02E06
The fight wasn't that spectacular but that's expected considering that it was the two of them against only a handful of criminals. I wish they had shown the fight in the building.
Elektra was really funny in this episode.
"You can't mask that ass."
It sure seemed like The Punisher recognized Daredevil's voice when he started talking. I didn't expect Frank to suddenly plead innocent. The Punisher must be going after Reyes. I guess it makes sense, they have been making her out to be not so nice, she must be hiding something.
"Who said I was Yakuza?"
Looks like The Hand is in town. They should call Wolverine.
"Same time next week, Matthew"
Daredevil
S02E05
Foggy being super lawyer is great, I am really liking that about this season. I also like they brought back his ex & she mentioned Jessica Jones. She should have made a comment about how Jessica doesn't even have a cool code name.
I have to say it was really cool to see that indian restaurant in a tv show, usually shows filmed in nyc are in places I've never seen, like that fancy restaurant but I've actually eaten at that restaurant.
I'm not sure what he's waiting for to sleep with Karen, makes no sense.
I get that they are contrasting the way he is being with Karen with the way he was with Elektra but him choking her when they have sex was annoying. We already saw them punching each other as foreplay, we didn't need to see that too.
She does know him! That was awesome how she pulled out his costume from her bag. the next episode is going to have some awesome fighting!
Daredevil
S02E04
The Punisher knows the Irish killed his family but he wanted to know who the low-level shooters were so he left the carousel tickets on the map in his apartment so Finn would find him but Datak Tar doesn't know & doesn't care.
Frank was not going to let a dog get tortured, it's like his 1st mini-series.
"The last time I see her, I'll be holding her lifeless body in my arms. The meat was spilling out of her, Red. The place where her face used to be."
I liked how they showed who The Punisher was by having Karen snoop around his house. Were those suit guys ATCU?
Just when his life seemed to be getting better & he kissed Karen, Elektra shows up.
Daredevil
S02E03
That staircase fight scene was nuts, it obviously wasn't one long tracking shot, but it was still amazing. He just finished arguing with The Punisher that he doesn't kill but Daredevil sure came really close to killing some of those Dogs of Hell bikers. He threw one down 2 flights onto the stairs & then he slammed that other guys head into the pavement a bunch of times, & wrapping that chain around people's necks like he was Ghost Rider wasn't safe either.
Their argument on the roof was pretty good. I liked that it wasn't too lawyerly, Frank isn't a lawyer & Matt probably didn't want to give anything away. I did not like how they had the punisher point the gun at the veteran, but I think that bullet would not have gone through the door.
I don't know how the punisher files are going to help Karen find The Punisher.
Foggy was pretty good in the ER but The Night Nurse still wasn't interested. She mentioned Luke Cage!
I hope this is all the Ennis they do, I would have preferred
Daredevil
S02E02
Even though it made no sense, I knew that pawnshop owner was dead as soon as he said that he had a dvd with a girl who was underage.
I think they screwed up because Karen referred to him as Daredevil but everyone else was calling him the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, even the cop when he was taking about the Sons of The Batman.
I like that they made a mention about the public not being too happy with the superheroes running around. I really hope they mention The Punisher in Civil War.
I did not expect him to go deaf because of that head injury. That must have been scary. I'm surprised he didn't wait for a new helmet.
I liked when Foggy got all lawyered the DA. That was great.
I think The Punisher may have figured it out. I hope they do that cover of Daredevil 999
Daredevil
S02E01
This was a good 1st episode.
I thought the Irish mafia were going to be the bad guys for a couple of episodes but nope, they introduced The Punisher right away. He's using military grade weapons & killing people like crazy.
"No 'they', him. It's one man."
I was shocked that they seem to be making him more of a bad guy, because he was shooting in the hospital at the Irish mobster with little concern that he might hit patients or doctors. There are a lot of windows in a hospital so his bullets could have killed someone.
"Where's this asshole's hand?"
That was a funny line, but I'm really hoping that they didn't model Frank off the Ennis Punisher, that was when I stopped buying comics for a few years & sold off my collection on eBay. I liked that he left those guys hanging on meat hooks but I will yell & scream at my tv if they introduce Dt. Soap. "
