This was a really good season finale for a great show. I don't know why it isn't more popular. I like that it wasn't easy to beat the Morlock Lord & it looked like Wil & Mareth failed.

The Morlock Lord killed Allanon & then he stabbed Wil! I had no idea what they were going to do, I'm just glad Mareth didn't stab him & she threw the sword to Wil.

I loved when the Morlock Lord just slammed Lyria against the wall after he used her to open the door. It was annoying how she didn't say "Will, The Shannarra" when she mentioned everyone else's title.

I didn't think Eretria would be totally controlled by the Warlock Lord because she could kill wraiths, but she was. Can she still do that now that Cogline took it out of her?

I was going to be so mad if Wil was dead but luckily they didn't make that mistake. They did kill a lot of characters this season.

Is everybody trapped in The Forbidding?

The Mmorlock Lord gave Bandon good advice about power but Bandon just wasn't ready. That sucks that he's dead, he turned out to be a good bad guy.

Are they seriously killing Allanon? So that Mareth can take over? I don't like it. I would rather watch him than her on the show. She's still a whining kid.

Oh no, Eretria went full demon & almost killed Wil, it would be so great if she kills Lyria instead. Lyria is queen now? The real queen is dead, the princess is missing, the Crimson took the castle and if the Morlock Lord doesn't show up, their truce with the mercenary will end. Besides who would follow her, considering how often she leaves the palace.

Season 2 Episode 8

OMG that was evil. The Morlock Lord took Bandon's resurrected elf girl away from him, turned her into a zombie & then banged her. Then he made Bandon stab Catania so she would die, yet again! now Bandon is really evil! It was like that time that Angelus slept with Drusila & taught Spike a harsh lesson. 

Then Amberle told Will that's it's over. That sucked, I thought she was going to make him stab her too, but he just needed to accept that she's not coming back. Sucks for him, but at least he got his closure. I guess she won't be on the show anymore. That sucks for us too. It looks like the Elcrys is not feeding her though.

Mereth needs to learn that it will become obvious that a contest cannot be decided by her knowledge of the Force... but by her skills with a lightsaber. 

It's a good thing those weird looking gnomes showed up.

The Morlock lord is mirror universe Allanon!

As much as I like Deathstroke, I was hoping that Bandon would turn into the Morlock Lord. That some dark smoke would take over his body.

I was also hoping Wil would be more exited to see Eretria. That was sad the way he basically ignored her & Mareth for Amberle. We did get to see Amberle so that was good.

General Riga is out of control. They killed King Ander & Queen Tamlin. It's too bad he didn't kill Lyria. Everyone who thought he was wrong to be anti-magic is now going to think he was right because the Morlock Lord is awake. General Riga warned you all!

Did Eretira tell Wil that she's a demon?

This episode was crazy.

Bandon shattered the sword of Sshannara! They made such a big deal about it & Bandon broke it with his nameless sword. At least Allanon's sword didn't break, not that it mattered, Bandon still got away with the skull. Uncle Flick killed himself!

Oh nooo they killed king at the wedding. that sucks. I didn't see that coming. I was sure they were going to work together or overthrow the Queen of Leigh. How did General Riga even get into the palace?

Wil totally ruined the past, he didn't even tell his dad to keep the future stuff secret. But when he returned to the present nothing seemed different so maybe all of that happened already the 1st time & they can't change the past?

Paranor

How great is this show! Eretria fighting those soldiers & then it turns out she is half demon!!? How is that even possible.

Nobody trusts Alanon. Nobody can see that he does what's necessary even if it means some people get hurt. He has to believe Mareth is his daughter now. What was she talking about, Wil wasn't acting like Allanon. Plus she likes him? When did that happen? Besides, I thought he was going to care about Eretria again.

Did they seriously travel into the past!? They don't even know the rules.

Holy Crap Bandon is super evil. He killed that innocent elf kid for no reason, just to win some kind of argument against those random elves living in his house. I liked that he tried to reason with them at the dinner table & they were being unreasonable but he would have won the argument if he had spared them.

Why did Eretria forgive the princess? Nothing changed, there was no reason for Eretria to change her mind, it was stupid.

I guess Catania really is dead. That sucks. At least King Ander now knows what's happening and he killed that traitor but he still trusts the queen, like an idiot. He shouldn't go through with that marriage. There's no need for it.

This show is so good, why isn't it more popular? It's violent & it sure looks like they have a big budget. There are so many people in General Riga's army.

It looks like Mareth is Allanon's daughter, she was able to wield his staff. I don't like how they are using these little blades against soldiers with long swords. 

T think the crimson are going to have to help fight Bandon & the warlock lord later on.

As much as I like Amberle & Will, I still like Will & Erretria.

Mordwraiths can't swim? That was weird, unless they are actually on fire.

How could those rovers not beat 1 dude. Eretria should have had a knife in her other hand pointed at his privates when she cornered him at the party.

Poor Eretria, not only did that dude not tell her that Will was looking for her, now she knows that Lyria was lying too. Not just about being a human princess but she's also a lying slut.

Now she's going to marry King Ander.  Queen Tamlin is up to something, I'm surprised the queen would want halfling grandkids.

I can't believe they killed Catania! That sucks, what is going on? How did magic not effect the Crimson general?

Season 2 Episode 1

So much stuff happened in this episode that they are setting up for this season. The seer kid is now evil & raising the magic lord. Then he turned those dudes into mordwraiths with snake eyes. The sword fight was good! In the 1st episode no less. It would have been better if Will fought a little better, I know he was in hiding, trying to be a doctor, but he could have learned to fight.

I like that Eretria admitted that she loved Will.

The Crimson hates magic? That's weird because I thought humans hated magic. Mareth is allanon's daughter? how? that must be pretty recent & I thought they said nobody had heard of him for a long time.

S01E10

Noooooo, I can't believe they turned Amberle into a tree! Then they left Eretria fighting Trolls all by herself, trapped in the subway. This ending was so frustrating. I want to see more adventures of the 3 of them roaming the country doing stuff.

I liked that they didn't skip over the battle. There was some awesome fighting with people getting decapitated, impaled & set on fire, but the elves were losing big time. I can see how humans can be elf-hunters, the elves are just not that strong. I liked Allanon decapitating the Dagda Mor with his expanding sword.

I was sure Wil was going to call the dragon rider to help them get to the castle. At least Wil got to sleep with Amberle before she sacrificed herself.

As if having to stab the changeling who looked like his dad wasn't bad enough, poor king Ander had to stab his brother the same night his ex girlfriend was killed.

I can't believe it's over already, this episode should have been two hours long. This show was so good.

Safehold

S01E09

I didn't expect them to get to Safehold so soon. I didn't realize this first season is only 10 episodes, I was hoping they would have more adventures on their way. The next episode better not have them suddenly appear back at Arborlorn.

I can't believe Councilor Kael was planning a coup in plain sight. She wasn't even hiding it, None of those people were. Prince Ander is a better man than I, once I got control again thanks to the Gnomes, I would order the guards who were loyal to me, to murder everyone in that room.

I don't think they should ever let Bandon be unattended.

I was wondering why the Elves & Allanon would leave the Bloodfire unguarded but then the witches(?) showed up & did a good job of turning them against each other. Did Wil's elf stones help him remain immune?

One of those witches called Eretria a "Child of the Armageddon" which was interesting. Is that just another term for humans or is she special & that's why the subway map showed up on her arm like David.

Where did Amberle go? I thought she just had to roast the seed in the fire.

Utopia

S01E08

I like how the humans all boo'd at Spock because of his elf ears! I also like that Wil used the D&D dice to trick Cephalo. I like that Eretria is beoming friends with Wil & Amberle.

They killed Cephelo, which is too bad, he was a good thorn in their side. He interrupted them just as Wil as finally going to have sex with Amberle, at least he was nice to Eretria before he died.

Those humans didn't seem too concerned with wasting bullets, but seeing as how they were trying to get their hands on all old human tech, they probably figured out hot to make them, they had electricity & music. How funny that the techno was playing on an LP.

What a terrible way to live in peace. Why didn't they start their town somewhere else? There seem to be other uninhabited places, they could have built a human town without having to sacrifice a human to the trolls every month.

Poor Ander was drunk but luckily Allanon talked some sense into him. "You can walk away from your duty if you wish but do not pretend that it's noble or brave."

Are we suddenly on Pandora!? They have dragons! When did this happen? Can that dragon hear the whistle anywhere in the 4 lands?

It looks like Allanon teleported away when he got stabbed last episode because he showed up at the Druid temple & got healed. If the sword didn't kill him, why did he care about it?

I liked how Amberle took out the Elf Hunter with an ancient laptop & picked up some D&D dice. I also liked that they were at a High School Prom frozen in amber.

Will to the rescue! Just as they predicted. Now he has to rescue Eretria again.

"Your father is dead & you are my puppet."

Poor Ander, first his dad is dead & now his brother Arion is dead, but he had to kill the changeling that looked like his dad. He is having a very bad week.

S01E06

Another shocking ending! Not that they killed the elf captain, I knew it was a matter of time until the soldier elves all died, but that Cephalo actually cut the rope. How are they going to survive? I don't think Will's elf stones lets him do anything, it's not a Power Ring.

I was hoping they would bring that little girl with them for awhile. That torturer guy really knew what he was doing, he must have been abusing his daughter if she was ready to bertray him & hit him with a hammer.

So glad that Amberle didn't fall for Eretria's stupid bath seduction. Really tired of seeing that on every tv show now. But the look on Eretria's face when she saw Will kissing Amberle made up for it.

"You were moaning in your sleep, Princess. Dreaming about the Mongrel's pouty lips, no doubt."

I can't believe they killed Deathstroke! Is he really dead? Allanon was afraid of the sword, so it's possible, I don't get why prince Arion didn't read the book. Does he not read that language? Now they said it's a different changeling. Maybe they all share the same memories.

I'm glad the gnome came back, I was surprised because I thought all the demons were still trapped in the Elcrys but it looks like they are all in the valley?

Reaper

S01E05

I liked how Amberle was taking water out of a satelite dish & didn't even mention that it was old earth tech. I also like that Eretria rescued Amberle for the money & not for compassion. We found out it's been 3000 years since a runaway planet hurtled between the earth and the moon.

We finally saw some Gnomes, these guys also live a long time. At least the Gnome didn't have to be convinced that demons are real. Now the Elves will start to believe. Amberle is not going to be happy when she finds out her father's murderer was released.

I knew those guards weren't going to last but I didn't think they would be taken out so soon. They aren't very good, maybe it's those stupid helmets. So that field wasn't nuclear waste, it must have been chemical, if you could just hold your breath, you're fine. I'm surprised there wasn't a biohazard symbol. What chemical could last that long?

That captain of the guard was annoying. they were right, he needs to remember who the princess is. Who was that Death Dealer guy?

It turned out to be the same Changeling, are they unkillable? Why doesn't Allanon know the right way to kill them? Because of that mistake, now the Elf king is dead!! I'm just glad it wasn't the prince who killed him.

This show is awesome!

Eretria is smart & fast. They didn't even have to explain anything to her because she's been living with a bunch of back-stabbing scheming Rovers. I'm glad they had her in chains, she can't be trusted yet. And now Amberle does not like her. Eretria had so many good lines.

"The struggle was mutual"

Awkward. At least Eretria finally asked for help in getting away from her clan. I'm glad Wil was not falling for that trick again. but then he did.

"Not calling you 'short tips' again."

I thought that was Eretria's dad. Looks like I misunderstood Rover society, she is just property.

So the psychic elf can save someone's life. That calls into question any prophecies. He should touch the blonde elf again to see her new death. I forgot Allanon is a mind-reader. Sorry Amberle's uncle, you are not King material. I'm glad they took some soldiers with them, I wonder how long until they are killed & it's only the trio.

Wait, Amberle gets a sword but Will doesn't? Isn't there a Sting somewhere he can use?

Not happy about the changeling. How is it alive? Didn't Allanon check? Or is that a different one?

Fury

S01E03

Really liking this show! This picked up right where the last one ended with the flying Orc. Wil was brave but luckily Gandalf saved him. They need to give Wil a sword. Although last episode, Allanon's sword was destroyed but Wil should have one anyway.

This time it was his turn to say "eyes up here"!

I wish they had shown some modern tech in the river. I like seeing the ruins of old earth.
I sort of would like them to explain how these races descended from human & how there is magic on earth but I'm ok if they never do.

A lot of knife threatening at the Rover camp. I expected Eretria to force them to take her with them, how did she not see the opportunity to get out with Amberle. She's a princess & could help monetarily or with connections. Eretria must really hate elves.

It seemed to me like they got back to elf land really fast. Who is this new elf boy with the visions?

Magic always has a price & Will's hand is already burned even though he barely used the elfstones. Not a good sign.

Chosen - Part 2

S01E02

I am really liking this show so far. I liked the Rover dad who was cruel but still proud of Eretria when she negotiated for her freedom.

I don't think it's Super-Science. The Elven Druid created his own Stonehenge & there is a shapeshifter. Also those demons can fly. It sure looks like real magic.

I thought it was funny that they called Wil a halfling and she has to take the ring, I mean the seed to the fires of Mordor, I mean the blood and replant the tree. 

I did not expect them to kill that old lady. Too bad Deathstroke did not kiss her before she died. The shapeshifter showed up in Elf city & killed all the Chosen boys. Showing that prophecies are not always what they seem.

Did he really say "magic always comes with a price"!? Is he Gandalf or The Dark One!

Chosen - Part 1

S01E01

I was not able to identify all the old earth ruins of this new Thundarr The Barbarian / Lord of The Rings hybrid.

After she won her spot as 1 of the Chosen, Princess Amberle ran away because she assumed it was her fault the tree was dying. I guess there's some logic to that, especially with her tree-visions. The prince is being annoying and that might set up some betrayal later on with the demon king.

The Trolls looked like they were just dudes in clothing, like maybe humans who were deformed or mutants? He wasn't on screen very long. Hopefully we will see the other races and maybe some flashbacks to the great war.

How were these races created and what are the demons? Are they all the result of genetic experimenting with body modification? Is it really magic or are the Druids just techno-mages with super advanced tech?

I feel like I'm watching Xena again! but with really really good special effects.
