It's basically Star-Crossed except they crash landed in England not Florida & the aliens look exactly like humans. At least on Star-Crossed the aliens had markings on their skin that glowed in the water.On Star-Crossed, Romeo was the alien & Juliet was the human, on this show it's reversed. On Star-Crossed the aliens had been here for 10 years, on this show it's been 40 years. On Star-Crossed the aliens were political criminals seeking freedom, on this show they are petty criminals dealing drugs & looking for money. On Star-Crossed, technology was very advanced, on this show there's barely any new technology.
It isn't just Star-Crossed in England, they also stole an idea from Alien Nation. On this show humans get high from smoking burnt alien hair instead of the aliens getting drunk off sour milk.
This show wasn't funny, wasn't interesting & wasn't new. It just a show about drug dealing criminals. It's not really sci-fi, it's more about the Berlin Wall or Palestine.
