It turns out, it wasn't a flashback of those 2 guys. They seem to keep getting re-incarnated. 1 of them said they were from heaven so maybe they are angels? They are pretty weak for angels.

 Tulip hasn't stopped being annoying, she wants the preacher to go after some guy who abandoned them when the preacher shot some dude, but that story isn't very interesting, I just don't care about what happened back then.

And just as I predicted the pedophile is attracted to the girl again.

At least the preacher learned that he shouldn't abuse his mind control powers.
