What an anti-climactic ending. This turned out to be a really terrible show. I'm not watching season 2.

They went into the Coma Realm, which is supposed to link to the afterlife but it was just a snowy mountain where they weren't cold. Nothing attacked them & none of it made any sense. There was hardly anything that we've seen or heard about the Coma Realm in this episode.

Holden created a bridge then destroyed it, Frost kissed some maggot face thing that he thought was his dead wife. Hooded people came up on the bridge. There was no link to the last time we saw one of those people. Willa was just barking orders & Holden, who can see the future, apparently kept saying how much he cared about Willa, even though he just got back from his sex weekend with Charlie.

The mom & dad were dumb. It was just awful. And the ending with his younger self showing up? More stupidity.

So Coma-Realm is a gateway to the afterlife & the Sea of White Light? I guess that's interesting but Frost said that's it's based on science. I doubt they will try to explain it. It's also not clear how they will tie that into him being in a coma while he was in coma realm. Maybe it's like Saving Hope. Star Trek Voyager did an ok job of explaining the afterlife using science.

Holden is so damn stupid. He hesitates at eating the tomato soup because he thinks it might be poison but he eats it anyway & sure enough, it was poisoned! Arrrgh.

"Should I have brought a weapon?"

He remembered Charlie but now yellow jacket is going to kill her. Her powers are super lame & Jeff is not around to help her. He's busy getting captured with Willa. Now his dumb brother is going to disable the power & probably kill him.

So his mom is just banging that preacher every night? That didn't make any sense that a preacher would let some other religion fund his charity.

I liked Lydia, they should make her a part of the show. The fact that his mom banged the preacher even after she suspected he's a plant by Hollow Sky shows how awful she is. The brother is now apparently over the girl who he ruined his college career for, ridiculous.

We finally got to see more of the coma realm but because of that, I'm now annoyed that they haven't explained what this coma realm is about, why it's important & why Holden's important. Coma realm isn't really important to the viewer & Holden doesn't want to go back. Stopping people from going to the coma realm is important for some reason.

Then I realized that while the real world story is ok, they just aren't doing enough of him adjusting to all the changes that took place during the years he was in a coma. It would be better to have him learning about all the things that are different & new since he's been gone. Like they did on Sleepy Hollow, they just don't do enough of that.

Charlie is falling for him & decided to ignore Hollow Sky but she's supposed to be able to "do the math" & predict outcomes, how did she not realize that they would come after him with armed operatives. It's the same silly girl defiance that's on Orphan Black & was on Timeless. They think that being snarky & yelling at people, will get them their way, it doesn't. Even Jeff who came to help Holden almost shot her.

I liked how Holden used the gravel to knock out the bullets but it looks like he lucked out with that, he wasn't controlling each pebble & still got shot.

I did not expect the pastor to be part of the bad guys. Dumb mom, oh it's a 2nd chance now that Holden's awake, but that didn't stop her from banging the pastor.

Poor Willa, Holden's away banging Charlie & she doesn't even get an apology text.

Charlie was still annoying, but they managed to make her less grating. She's still terrible though.
I can see how she can predict things & see things but is she also some super hacker that she put those words on the car exam screen.

I can't believe Luke is a pathetic white knight who let himself get expelled from college to protect his stupid girlfriend. She will be banging some other guy in days, while he just ruined his life. I also hate that dialogue between him & his dad. How on earth does his father not force him to tell the truth knowing that he could just confess. That was a really stupid plot point. They could have just had him move back home to help with Holden while staying in school.

His slut mom going to bang the preacher meanwhile her son is a drug dealing white knight, maybe try being a mom.

So Willa's dad is Frost. How did she not know who her father is? She's so close to Arthur but doesn't know who her father is?

Luke seems to be cool, but that drug-using girlfriend is just a terrible person. I like that emotionally he's still a young kid. He actually brought a flower to the date. It's good that they stopped him.

It was so stupid how he pushed Jamie away, she was being very understanding even after he ran off the stage. At least he remembered Willa.

I can't believe he interrupted his chance to sleep with her to go meet her grandfather. I can't believe he destroyed that machine. He doesn't even remember everything correctly for him to want to destroy it. She remembers more & wants to go back so it can't be that terrible. Why is she calling her grandfather, Arthur.

That Monte Carlo girl was so annoying. I'm not looking forward to seeing Charlie on the show again. her snarky smug attitude makes me want the bad guys to kill her as soon as possible.

Well, I didn't expect Holden to beat up yellow jacket. That was actually pretty good. It was pretty stupid that he stood up that girl but I think it was worth it. Usually a tv show would have Holden try to keep it all a secret but he just started using his powers. Yellow jacket should have died though.

The break-in by the brother & him was kind of dumb. So why couldn't he control himself. Willa showed him how to calm down, it doesn't make sense that he can't. I didn't like how ok he was with his mom banging the preacher. And his brother's girlfriend is as awful as I thought she was.

So it seems like the old man is Willa's dad. I can't believe that Willa was so terrible at murdering yellowjacket. She didn't hide & let the nurses see what she was doing.

They won't be able to keep all of this a secret for too long.

I liked the cool looking city from "The Realm" but then crows attacked him. It was kind of underwhelming that The Realm is filled with crows. I hope that the crows were sent by something else they were running from.

If those are his memories then it should have been the same each time he went under. It was dumb that she did it the second time on her living room floor instead of the bath tub. She knows he's going to get hypothermia because she really didn't explain to him how to avoid it.

I was so glad that there was a tv show with a father & a mother but nope, they are separated & the mom wants to bang the pastor, if she hasn't already.

I thought the bad guy was going to free his friend too, I didn't think he was going to murder that guy. People are going to notice. He has a pregnant wife & a brother. It's too bad that they ruined he death with the really lame way yellowjacket looked at the camera just to show the blood on his glasses.

It's also not clear how Willa was over there. Is that her dad in a coma & over there, texting her? Was she in a coma too?

Holden really needs to get a handle on his powers. He melted the stuff in his room, he started yelling in the middle of church & then he set the roof on fire at the party.

He also needs to be able to stop the old man from c0¢kblocking him. That sucks. I really hated Luke's slut girlfriend. Do kids actually do that? It reminded me of the bizarro game on the leftovers.

He's lucky there were no video cameras outside the bar. I don't know why he didn't just tell his dad or the cops what happened. He's being dumb already, but I guess he's still like the kid he was before the coma.

I can't believe he mentioned The Matrix! What was that weird vision of his in Westeros?

I like how Holden didn't become depressed at the thought of everything he missed out on. It could have become a really sad episode & show. Maybe they are saving that for a later episode. I liked how he pulled a Neo from Matrix Revolutions in the rain. I am ok with them copying stuff from The Matrix.

I like that Willa is part of the show & not some random news groupie. Was that old coma guy texting her from his mind?

Kevin seems to know a little about what is going on, but maybe he doesn't know about Willa.

It felt a little like Stranger Things but luckily they jumped into the present really fast & it felt more like The Matrix. I hope they don't do a lot of flashbacks, but it seems like they will thanks to Willa. They are going to have to explain how she knows so much about him. 

Holden seems like the Greatest American Hero but without the costume. The question is, in what body was he living this alternate life in? or were they in The Matrix?
