The good part of this episode was having the timeline change more than once in the same episode.

Gordo was a lawyer but then she got his father killed & they destroyed the ham radio. Also her fiance was living with her & he got jealous of her talking to her dad all the time!

They gave a mostly happy ending with Julie being alive, even though, thanks to Raimy being a controlling bitch, she got her mother killed in the middle of the episode. Luckily Satch saved the day at the last minute & the mom was alive in another version of the timeline.

That whole thing with Robbie wanting to kill nurses after 20 years was so stupid. They had the stupid son apparently still stalking Raimy & her mom, even though she's a doctor now. I'm so glad it's over considering they ruined the movie.

This episode seemed like it could be the season finale. Frank & his wife are together in the past & the nightingale killer is in prison & the mom was alive in the present.

But the show did the lame twist & had the deacon confess after he wiped the mementos of his son's fingerprints. It just was super anti-climactic & a lame twist to have his son be the real nightingale killer.

I guess they want adult Raimy to prevent him from killing the mom for "grrl power" nonsense next episode.

I liked the way the crash changed everything. I was wondering how they were going to get out of her shooting the nightingale, & getting rid of his wife's body was a good way. I completely forgot about the church money that Frank stole. That was a good detail that they remembered. 

They are really trying hard to make Frank's wife likeable. She is helping him, she is supporting him trying to commit murder & she's defending him against Satch. Even her speech about how she knew he was the man she loved when he came back from being undercover. It's too much of a change from how she's been all season. 

I have no idea about the significance about the brother. Who cares. They seem to be dragging out the murder of the Nightingale, I guess so they can come up with some other way to have him die.

With the season coming to end, they are trying desperately to make the mom likable by having her be forgiving, now that she's slept with Frank again. It still doesn't change how terrible she's been the entire season. It's too little, too late.

Raimy is still an annoying bitch. She's telling her friend's dad how to behave & still insulting Frank. I'm so glad he corrected her on her condescending attitude. It's like they forgot that he stayed alive as she was a rookie.

Satch is a jerk & I'm not sure where he stands anymore. If he was a real friend he would have explained it all to Frank once he was back from being undercover.

I honestly don't care about the nightingale murderer. Why do they think we are interested in that? This show was supposed to be about a father & daughter coming together, not a generic cop show. At first I was shocked when she shot him, but then Ii realized why she did it. This show doesn't follow the movie's rules, or any other good time travel show's rules, she's going to be shocked next episode.

I thought Daniel had a girlfriend in the 1st episode, I was so distracted by Raimy cheating on the cop guy, that I forgot Daniel cheated on his girlfriend. Except now she's his fiance! Does Raimy break up with him? Did she confirm he was single? No. she doesn't care & they tried to contrast her being a selfish cheater with Frank getting back together with his wife, terrible.

At least Frank found out who he can count on, nobody. He thinks it's his wife, but he's wrong. She abandoned him, threw him out & she slept with the softball coach. He can't count on her either.

They really should change more of the timeline. She should have woken up with new memories of her father being murdered earlier, because of Satch's betrayal. This show needs to end soon.

This show continues to get worse with each episode.

 

They keep destroying the marriage just so they could have Frank say to Raimey "The only thing we have is you" & then Raimey replied with the same line. Of course, this line is completely untrue because it erases what we saw, which is that Frank raised Raimey alone after the mom died & they worked together as cops. They were pretty happy together. It also erases the happy life Frank had with his wife before he went undercover. It was so stupid.

 

It's just really bad now & they keep making Raimmy into a worse person in general because she led on that cop guy she banged so she could cheat with her fiance from the prime timeline. And he stalked a cop at her house? In 2016? Nonsense.

 

They have destroyed a really great movie to make this terrible tv show.

 

Break, Break, Break

They could have made the woman another cop who was still undercover but nope, they insisted on making Frank into a cheating hypocrite. But that wasn't enough, they made the wife go out & cheat with the baseball coach, yes she is cheating because they are still married.

Then Raimy was a selfish bitch, but that seems standard now, she tells him to try harder to fix the marriage even though the wife told him not to visit while he was undercover.

They seemed to move way too fast on the nightingale case, I wonder if the show is going to get cancelled. I hope it does. They have destroyed all the things that made the movie great & turned this into an depressing cop show about a broken marriage.

What are they doing with this show? Everyone has become unlikeable.

Raimy is a stalker bitch who talks back to her dad.
Julie is a bitch who starts dating as soon as they are separated because she had no intention of saving their marriage.
Satch was made out to be a dirty cop who is working with Stan Moreno.
And now they decided to make Frank be a cheating husband. The only way they can save this show is to make that a fake relationship that he was forced into, in order to keep his cover.

Then they had Metatron introduce the 11.22.63 theory of history correcting itself. It obviously doesn't apply to this show. If it did, then Moreno would have killed Frank a few years after Raimy saved him, not 20. The show would have been better if they had done that, then Frank & Raimy would have to work together to stop both murders.

What was the point of introducing a guy like Metatron? To say she's not the only one? There are other people changing the past? Are they going to make her a Time Cop in future seasons?

Seven Three

In this episode not only was Raimy being a bitch to her father but so was the wife. Julie was being horrible. She pulled the old "I love you, but I'm still dumping you" routine in order to not take responsibility & not tell the truth. Her cop husband that she married is back & that's when she abandons him. I'm surprised she doesn't keep him from seeing his daughter. It's like the writers forgot that we are supposed to want her to not be murdered.

The only good thing is that they started showing Raimy's happy memories of her father, but somehow she is still rude & disrespectful to him.

They brought back the Moreno storyline & it seems like LT. Rayna might be a bad guy.

Once again Rainy is being annoying & bossy. She was also rude to Gordo for no reason, as usual. He's not white knighting or in the friend zone. He is a married father, we was being a concerned friend.

That girl was annoying, vanishing & lying to the police just for attention. What a terrible selfish girl. Her mother was abducted & she just wants attention. I guess I shouldn't be surprised,  her mom was cheating on her dad so obviously being a selfish girl runs in the family.

At first I couldn't believe Frank would be so dumb as to run up on that car, but then I remembered that he was at the park where his wife & daughter are & he knows that the timeline is not set. So the bad guy could change the timeline at any point especially with talking to his daughter everyday. At least they were able to get a description to Frank.

The Near Far Problem

Raimy is quickly becoming the unlikeable character on this show.

She yells at her dad, calling him Frank, even though she has all those happy memories of him raising her, but she keeps treating him like he's the dirty cop from the original timeline.

He's doing his best to raise his daughter in both timelines & she doesn't listen to him & seems to care more about her mom than her dad. She's pushing her parents apart because he went to save the student instead of taking care of her when she was a kid.

She's also a horrible person to her neighbor & is stalking that dude at his bar. She's so dumb she should go to the memorial to find out if anyone knows anything.

At least we're done with this bad guy. The show seems to be screwing up how the changes to the timeline work. If that guy died in the past she would not be injured. They should have thought that through more.

Raimy was being really rude to her father. As it it wasn't bad enough that she was calling him Frank, she was yelling at him to try to save her mom even though they have months before it happens.

At least she figured out that the butterfly effect is real & she was changing the present every time she changed the past. Of course it was at the worst time that she decided to use the temporal prime directive.

The mom is such a bitch. She married a cop & then is giving him a hard time because he was working. He didn't abandon her or was unemployed. Not only did she make him sleep on the couch, she kicked him out of the house. What a selfish bitch.

In the movie the dad was a fireman, here they changed him to being an undercover cop probably because fireman shows are too expensive. I'm not happy with the change from a son to a daughter. They also changed the solar flare to be magic lightning because now the HAM radio is linked to that Frank's life force. Despite these changes it was a pretty good 1st episode.

In The Butterfly Effect, all the new memories gave the guy brain damage & in The Flash, he started to forget the original timeline. Here Raimy seems to be able to remember both timelines without any side effects. That's 27 years of memories, doubled. Each time she changes things, she's going to have more memories & it's not like she can write it down. They probably won't explore that though.

I feel like they moved too fast with Raimy revealing to her dad that she was his daughter from the future. In the movie it took longer for that to happen & Frank needed more proof. Also it's too bad that they solved that crime so quickly in the 1st episode. I also think if that captain guy was going to have the dad killed he would have tried again, instead they had the dad die in an accident only 5 years ago. I doubt a dirty captain would have waited that long to stage the accident.
