I like that Otto figured out that what he was doing was wrong. Also that him becoming the New Arthur was the best way for him to make Mary & himself happy. He gets to always be with her because she needs the Arthur program but also he gets to not be a weirdo human.

It was dumb that she went to India to "fiind herself" when they already showed how she was her own person, she slept with Connor & ran the company mostly on her own.
The violence thing was also dumb, it was like the end of Earth-2. This show could continue if it focused on him being a dad to his adult daughter in the 2nd season, but I guess their idea was for Mary to solve the violence problem that they didn't show in Alexa.

S01E10
I guess the writers know that the show is not going to be renewed because they went full on with the Connor conspiracy. They confirmed that Otto did create Alexa but he threw her away & Connor finished bringing her back. The writers did a bad job with her old husband though, he chose the most painful way to die.
Otto lost it, he thinks Mary hates him & 3D printed a gun which you can do right now & he removed Arthur from the Lookinglass servers which brought the whole company down. How do they only have 1 printer? Her using the daycare printer was pretty funny though.
I wish they had used the snake people from the episode 5.
I can't believe Duval thought people would believe his dad came back from the dead. Hopefully now, the sheriff will tell his daughter the truth.

S01E09
I like that they confirmed that Alexa is a 2nd chancer too. Either Otto has tried this before or Connor stole his work & he tried it, once with Alexa & once with Lin. I doubt that autistic Otto would not recognize Alexa.
I like that they showed Otto behaving like a child. The show can be really inconsistent with him. He's supossed to be dependent on Mary but he is reviewing management stuff & trying to give speeches. I think Otto got mad that Mary taught the sheriff twinspeak. If they used in public too much people would have figured it out by now.
So only his car has the video windshield, that's good. I don't know how they are going to roll out the cure for cancer without dead bodies. Can they do it with living bodies? Because if it was that hard to find a match for her that they needed a dead sheriff, I don't see how anyone else can get cured.

S01E08
Duval punched his dad in the face. He was not happy when he figured out that Wendy Beauchamp was a girl that Sheriff Pritchard cheated with. Not only that but Sheriff helped Shelley Johnson cover up a murder that she committed.
He had to go get Gracie who was hanging out with some 20 year old shooting a gun. That seemed to come out of left field. He told Duval that he wants to fix things, it's episode 8 & they need to do more on that & less on the COTW. They need to have an episode with the Sheriff telling Duval what he did wrong before it gets cancelled.
Finally some new technology. A hologram projector to impersonate people, that seems like a terrible idea. Why would they invent that? Also the forced call answering, it was pretty cool, but there are so many scenarios where that would also be bad.
Toto was being more annoying, they are really making him act like a child. That AI is being really scary because it argues with him & doesn't do what's told, maybe it was programmed that way because he's a child? Either way, it's like Skynet waiting to happen.
Mary is cured. That seemed to happen really fast. Now they have to explain it to everyone & find a way to replicate it without bringing everyone back from the dead & turning the show into Resurrection.

S01E07
I guess it's interesting that they are creating a big storyline for Alexa & Mary but I still would prefer that they focused on the sheriff & his family instead.
It seems like somehow Alexa got a second chance but they need the research to fix her husband. I'm curious how they will explain that.
I expected the sheriff to tone it down & have some sympathy when he heard that it was the anniversary of their parent's death. I know he's an old hardcase but any man would have some sympathy on a day like that.
I'm surprised they still arested that corrections Officer. I think it's dumb that they are going to have the Pritchard daughter wait for him.

S01E06
This episode was really bad.
Mary is banging the CEO of the company she wanted Lookinglass to merge with. When the sheriff finds out about this he gets jealous. So sheriff Pritchard barges in on his son's case about a whore who escaped her kidnappers. The sheriff brings the whore home for the sad blue computer to do facial recognition on the whore's kidnapper.
That same night that she escaped she goes out to whore again & gets kidnapped again.
The plastic surgeon who kidnapped her again then tattoos feathers on her stomach & after the sheriff rescues her, she decides to keep the ugly tattoos, because she's such a brave & strong survivor.
The whole episode was just so dumb.
The whore & Mary talk about the Sheriff & how he brought her to the house to show off to Mary how he saved the whore. The sheriff doesn't have to show off, he's been a sheriff for years & Mary has already seen him save a bunch of people.
The worst part was when the whore said "because he's a man" the sheriff probably doesn't realize why he did it. Why did they think it was a good idea to call men stupid? Who do they think is watching this show? Girls are watching Lucifer, not this show about a father & son.

S01E05
Someone leaked the news about Mary's cancer so Lockinglass stock started falling, then someone started targeting her for murder.
I liked when she showed the sheriff a long list of people who have sent her death threats & was not scared because she's smart enough to know that most death threats are not credible.
I like that the son still had his dad's badge & was giving it to him. He's slowly starting to accept him as his dad. I just hope they do more of that & less of the COTW. They seem to have backed away from having the daughter be an alcoholic mess.
I don't like the idea of his genes still mutating. The holo-car didn't look that good, but the room with picture walls reminded me of the tv room in Fahrenheit 451.

S01E04
I like that the son reacted like a normal person would. He freaked out & refused to believe it & he kept asking for proof. It even took a few days. On most shows, someone learns about the supernatural & they react like it's NBD.
I also like that Sheriff Pritchard is starting to atone for his past life. It will take a while but hopefully he can form a relationship with his daughter & the granddaughter. Looks like he already started with Mary.
I thought it was pretty clear that the piano teacher did not exist, after watching Dexter & The 100 it was pretty obvious.
It's too bad that they resolved the FBI boss story so quickly, that could have been interesting.

I knew they wouldn't be able to drag it out, the FBI agent isn't dumb. What kind of first name is Duval anyway?
I liked how Mary is into being an investigator. I was surprised that her brother agreed to even talk to Duval. I thought he didn't talk to anyone but her & that's what the sad computer personality was for.
The assistant was pretty funny.
Cancer treatment, even if it is a blood transfusion is not "intimate" I've gotten chemo & therapy, there was nothing intimate about it. It was only intimate because she decided to wear a shirt revealing her belly.

I liked how Mary took care of the fbi guy without letting him know her real reason for being involved.
There is barely any sci-fi technology in this show. That tv on your windshield seems insanely dangerous. I hope she's the only one who can skype while she drives.
Mary's brother is very jealous of the sheriff, I think the actor who plays the brother is just a bad actor & doesn't know how to convey family jealousy because it comes across as incestuous & this isn't Defiance.
So far the sheriff is basically going to be the same, I guess they will slowly redeem him as he spends more time with his family & sees how messed up they are. I did not like the granddaughter being so perceptive, that seemed forced.

I can't believe they solved the son's bank robbery case in one episode. Not sure what they are going to keep doing in future episodes unless they are going to have him keep working with his son. I guess the son will be in on the secret in only 5 episodes at the rate they are going.
The drone was good and I think that was a future muscle car. Are her google glass on the open market or is she the only one with those? The twin speak was interesting. I guess they did not plan to make Mary into a teenager if she died because he can produce cancer anti-bodies. Doesn't this show realize we already do that.
I did not expect Mary to fall for him. The question is: will he use his youth to enjoy life like he did the first time or is going to try to save his daughter.
