There really isn't a hero, not even Dorothy. She helped the Scarecrow get healed but then she was going to let the apothecary keep Tip imprisoned. Then she let him stab & brutally beat the apothecary.
It seems like the wizard is the bad guy on this show because Glinda & the Witch of the West are working together but we already saw the Wicked Witch of the East be evil. The Wicked Witch of the West is strung out on opium, the scarecrow is a violent wizard's guard. Those other guards were ready to murder each other. Where is this show going?
It was incredibly obvious that Tip was a girl. I have no idea what the point of that was.
It seems like this show is using stuff from all the other Oz books at the same time. I haven't read them but I guess that's good. I'm not a fan of everyone being turned into a human. If it's just like earth, they should have just called the show something else.
