This sure felt like a series finale. It wasn't bad, they tried to address everything & ended with a happy ending.

Santanico pulled out her wings again & was flying. It was pretty cool but too short. I don't understand how Amaru stopped her from doing it again later on when they were fighting. That was a pretty good fight too. She should have been in more episodes. 

That blood transfusion was ridiculous & so was how they just returned from hell like it was nothing. I also don't like how Ritchie was exposed to the sun throughout the episode & barely burned. It was really dumb.

They should have killed Sex machine & replaced him with the Jaguar Warrior. That would have been better if they make another season.

Matanzas

They killed Lord Venganza & movie Sex Machine! So much for him being an undefeatable hero.

I didn't like that The Peacekeeper was part of the plan. It would have been better if he really did double-cross the Gecko's.

Seth trying to catch the falling bullets in his gun was pretty funny.

The flipping Jaguar warrior was back, which was cool, it would have been better if they had him fight a martial arts guy in a mask instead of the actor who plays Richie.

Who was that new Amaru? & what happened to Kate??

Season 3 Episode 8

Santanico is back!! There are only 2 episodes left, she better be in both of them.

"What are you? A rag-tag band of humans & Culebras fighting for truth, justice, the Mexican-American way"

I can't believe she assembled Carlos to find Lord Venganza. He was pretty funny, though. Their plan didn't make any sense, especially with the double cross but it doesn't matter because El Rinche double crossed everyone so that was cool.

It's too bad there weren't anymore Xibalban demons, it was just a regular Culebra with living tattoos. He was pretty lame & so was the prison run by inmates. That makes no sense, besides it was already done on Prison Break, especially with T-Bag in this episode. 

La Llorona

Season 3 Episode 7

After last week's bottle episode we got another Xibalban monster.

She was ok, but she was nothing like La Llorona on Grimm. I liked how she spun around before she would fight. I liked Scott's kung fu, he was jumping & kicking everywhere. 

The professor's fake name was pretty funny: Mr. Normus, Dixie. 

 It's episode 7 & Santanico is still not back yet. What is going on? She better show up & defeat Amaru.

Season 3 Episode 6

This was a filler episode.

There weren't any new Xibalba demons. It was just them trying to rescue Richie from the asylum. Nothing really happened. Sure, El Rinche killed Ximena, but they were barely together. Dakota wasn't there either.

Where is Santanico Pandemonium? It's episode 6 & she's only been in 1 episode this season. Maybe now that  Ximena is dead, La Diosa will be back.

This monster of the week was way better. It looked like they made an actual puppet or something. I liked how Scott went after it with his two swords like he was Raphael.

I thought this episode was just going to be those flying scorpions, which were scary looking but they didn't really attack anyone. That would have been better. Instead we got crazed canibals too. They weren't so bad, I'm glad they weren't zombies.

The scene where Ximena said "this is your team?" was pretty funny so was the bath salts explanation. I didn't expect them to try to turn Dr. Dakota Block into a member of their team so soon. I'm not interested in this quest for someone "Pure of Heart." This isn't Once Upon A Time.

Season 3 Episode 4

I liked the Mexican Road Warriors. That one guy was flipping all over the place like he was Deadpool. Luckily Richie didn't kill him. I guess they realized they need to do some demons with less CGI/makeup & brought in the Jaguar Warriors from hell.

I really liked that McGraw's daughter showed up to get revenge. Now they have someone else hunting them. Hopefully she'll team up with Amaru.

Kate let Scott know that she's still in there. So she's more like Glorificus. Where is Santanico Pandemonium??

They referenced Star Trek & Delta Force.

Season 3 Episode 3

Sex machine is back with his slither power. It was pretty funny when Richie tried to use his eyeball hand on the Ilhicamina & was just poked in the eye. The Geckos really were acting like amateurs. They knew Ilhicamina was a great warrior who could defeat all sorts of monsters & they treated him like he was human.

It sounds like they are talking about Sebulba every time they say Xibalba & I keep waiting for them to mention pod races.

I like that they tied in the blood thing from last season, it makes this season feel a little less disconnected from season 2. Amaru wants hell on earth which will lead to the hell wars & maybe Manborg! We also learned more about the Culebras, they are escaped slaves from hell& their vemon glands make them immolate when they get staked.

Their scorpion guy was a little better than Mortal Kombat's but not as cool as the one on Grimm. Scorpia would still beat him though.

I was afraid this season was going to be like Supernatural & sure enough a new monster showed up. Olmeca was a little cooler than the last one, he had an Aztec/Olmec looking helmet & ripped people's heads off.

Amaru is in Kate's body but it seems like Kate is still in there, like Eve & unlike Illyria.

Just when it seemed like Santánico was back she left the brothers on their own. Unfortunately yet another show has to have some pathetic lesbianism in it, thankfully they didn't show it.

What happened to the Jacknife? Now they are just errand boys for lord Venganza? It was too abrupt a change from last season.

I like the idea of introducing a new enemy but I'm not sure how I feel about an actual demon from hell. I didn't realize when they mentioned "El Rey" they were taking about heaven. 2 brothers with guns driving a muscle car & fighting demons? It's a little too Supernatural for me. It should have been an animal-based thing that fights snakes.

I did like that Kate showed up at the end. They should have more novela actors on.

Santa Sangre

This was a good season finale, it finished up the season's storyline.

I like that they all came together at the end to fight Carlos & get the Santa Sangre but man, Scott was annoying. he didn't even run over Demi Lovato. He just spilled the blood everywhere. 

The massacre at the Jacknife was ok but it just wasn't as good as the one in the 1st season.

I like the way Kate told Richie that she wasn't leaving & ordered him to drive her back. That torture guy was pretty gross.

Paloma was so dumb, she got turned & thought she could defeat La Diosa. Santánico's fight with Malvado was pretty good, but she almost lost.

Of course dumb Richie took Malvado's deal & went over to the dark side. I can't believe Seth killed Sonja.

So each Culebra has a unique power, like Twilight. Do they get their power right away or do they have to live for a long time until it manifests?

That was a dumb way to kill him, nobody would have jumped on Machete.

Sonja now knows about the Culebras & Don Carlos drank from the Blood Well. 

Kate is an idiot & decided to try to save Scott again. So dumb. 

Now they are going ahead with their plan for Malvado at the Rockabilly bar.

The ranger started seeing visions of a blood well, some old guy explained the visions but then he was killed by Lord Amancio Malvado.

Don Carlos killed Caesar & blew up the Titty Twister, while the brothers & their girls had dinner.

Carlos took his Diosa, Santanico Pandemonium,  to meet some worshipers & told her what he saw in the labyrinth but then she escaped after beating him up when Machete showed up.

"You started blasting away like it was the goddamn Tech Noir."

Kate is ready to kill Scott.

That girl is being difficult for no reason, even though Satanico told her that she would be protected. Shooting a Culebra with a magazine full of bullets can stop them for a bit. 

The stupid kid brother killed some poor girl & his sister buried the body. Richie get caught at the end by those bad guys which I didn't see coming, maybe Lapidus, The Lawnmower Man turned him in.

Sex machine squeezed through a little hole to get a map at the rangers house. It was too much for her so the ranger's wife left him. Satanico & Richie are getting into human trafficking to get back at the 9 lords & Seth is losing it.
