To Right the Wrongs of Many

Orphan Black
S05E10
Season 5 Episode 10

They managed to make a great last episode that made me forgive most of this terrible last season. I like that Helena named her twin boys after 2 real men: Art and Donnie. Tatiana really should win an Emmy for this show.

Hah, it's funny that they mentioned that stupid trans-pandering character from season 2 that everyone hated! Sarah is still a terrible mother & immature child. The fact that she didn't go to GED is not surprising.

I thought Virginia died in the last episode, nope Helena killed her in this one. Westmorland was killed too, it was just lame. This season was a real mess. They went from a science-based show about clones to terrible crap  about psychic Kira & the island of Dr. Westmorland.

No, Camilla did not ask out Delphine. She very clearly gave Delphine some advice on where to eat in gratitude, especially because Delphine kept saying "we" to her. Even with subtitles, idiots on the internet imagined dialogue that didn't take place.

One Fettered Slave

Orphan Black
S05E09
Season 5 Episode 9

The Last Season Murder Spree continues, this time Mark, Virginia Coady & some unknown clone from Helena's past. I wonder who else they will kill. Art killed that Zyron adviser but he hasn't killed his stupid partner yet.

Helena being punished by the nun was the stupidest thing ever. That nun just burst into the room & started rubbing one out? Sure, like that happens. Then Helena kept bleaching her hair? Do the writers of this episode not know how hair coloring works?

Why did Sarah go undercover pretending to be Rachel? They should have just sent Rachel. It's annoying how they forgot that Sarah was the Neoultion wanted because she's fertile & then they switched to crazy PT trying to live forever with pseudo-science. It's too bad because the show was going somewhere with clones & real science, but this longevity ret-con doesn't make sense in relation to clones. It's stupid.

Guillotines Decide

Orphan Black
S05E08
Season 5 Episode 8

This was a great episode! This is the kind of episode you want in a last season but omg, what is happening? After a really touching speech by Felix about his family, they killed Mark's wife, Ferdinand & Siobhan!! I was hoping Ferdinand would kill Rachel but he wussed out. That sucked. He should have killed her, she sent him to be murdered by the Dyad board of directors. Art really needs to kill Detective Enger next episode.

Sarah was still a selfish bitch who didn't care about Felix's art opening. She is a terrible mother to Kira & is still a child who doesn't know how to grow up or think of others. At least Adele is looking out for him & called Sarah out on it.

They mentioned that Dyad guy bribing people to get laws passed all across the EU to get people's DNA, but that was never mentioned until this episode. It's the 8th episode & they just made this up out of nowhere because they hadn't planned out an end to the series.

The only problem was the stupid loser DJ in his feminist t-shirt. It just reinforces the fact that male feminists are losers doing it just to impress girls.

Gag or Throttle

Orphan Black
S05E07
Season 5 Episode 7

This season is turning out to be terrible. It's like the last season of Grimm. They wasted episodes trying to explore individual clones which could have been good but they introduced so much stupidity like PT Westmoreland, the island, the village & the mutant, just to have to do away with all of it. As if that's not bad enough, they are ramping up the feminist crap. Again they whined about something being done to a generation of women. Where the hell do they think that eggs come from? Besides, Virigina asked Mark for his ejaculate, so it's equal, but feminists have to whine about being victims.

Somehow the village is still there with people, even though the last episode ended with the villagers rioting & wanting to kill Percial. They are also making all the clones go against who they are as people. Allison returned with a purple pixiecut & a stupid tattoo. A woman her age should not have those things, and she threw away her crafting supplies to play the keyboard? it was really stupid.

Then Rachel decided to let Kira go for no reason, yes she isn't property anymore, but she's still a clone. She isn't that naive & that they showed her that way, was infuriating.

Manacled Slim Wrists

Orphan Black
S05E06
Season 5 Episode 6

I'm so glad they killed Susan Duncan. She had the nerve to whine about "the patriarchy" (which doesn't exist) when he literally just said that he paid for her work, which is capitalism. It was stupid feminist victimhood that ignores facts. What a moron. It's too bad she died with a heroin overdose. PT should have stabbed her to death. Did anyone really feel bad for her? No. She was an unlikable character from the beginning. Poor Ira is who we felt bad for. Like Virginia said, Susan didn't even try to cure him. The poor guy died helping people, all alone.

"You're making me super wet and I'm still mad at you!"

Krystal is back!! She was so funny. A couple of lines in the opening sounded like Allison, but then she was Krystal the whole time. It was great. Like when she went into the bathroom & was sad that he lied, but she was talking about that he lied about liking her vlog.

Normcore! I don't remember Scott dropping out of school. That was stupid that they did that, it was unnecessary.

Ease for Idle Millionaires

Orphan Black
S05E05
Season 5 Episode 5

Oh no, Ira just glitched. I was hoping he'd make it to the end with a cure or something.

It was pretty funny how they were all in that old timey clothes. I was hoping for more Dowager Countess style insults. That would have been great.

Cosima sure can be a dumb college girl. with her stupid "girls are victims, wahh" comment that made no sense. PT doesn't divide women, he's put more women to work then anyone. I like how PT called her on her hypocrisy, then he shot the mutant guy. I'm so glad it's dead. It was a dumb idea that wasn't going anywhere. It made no sense that it was running around the island all this time. Those villagers wouldn't agree to live there with some mutant freak. It wasn't thought out.

Kira has turned into a little fat bitch & I'm not liking her at all.

Let the Children and the Childbearers Toil

Orphan Black
S05E04
Season 5 Episode 4

Sarah is a terrible mother. Of course her daughter doesn't want to confide in her.

I agree with Felix, they should have consulted him on whether to involve his sister or not. That was really rude of them & the way they ignored his art opening & his own life. They were all being reall bitches to him. That's how they pay back their "ally."

I forgot all about Virginia Coady & Castor.

I don't like that they made it sound like PT needs Susan Duncan. There are enough characters, they should have killed her & her Castor boy.

I hate that they are all psychic now, it was better when it was just science. I also hate the mutated monster guy.

Beneath Her Heart

Orphan Black
S05E03
Season 5 Episode 3

This episode had a really stupid message. Instead of celebrating how the clones are different, they made Allison have an identity crisis because she felt inadequate about being a stay at home mom. It was just so stupid.

The entire point of this show is about motherhood & how important & valuable it is. The Neolution man even told Allison that Sarah & Helena are valuable because they are fertile, not because they are street smart or tough. Somehow Allison didn't hear Simon say that. She was raising those two adopted kids & that's what makes her valuable, instead she tells Donnie at the end that she needs to find herself? It was just an incredibly stupid conclusion that she reached & I can't believe that they wrote such a stupid episode in the final season that goes against the entire point of the show.

Allison confronting Rachel was not cool & it did not show character growth. It was purely moronic.

Clutch of Greed

Orphan Black
S05E02
Season 5 Episode 2

I did not expect Ferdinand to kill MK but I understand especially when he said it was like two revenge fantasies at once, but that was surprising.

I like how Kira knew it was Sarah, but I don't like how she could feel that MK was dead. She's the offspring of a clone, she's not magic.

I like how everyone is basically telling Sarah to grow up & accept what is happening. They were being reasonable with the deal they gave her & she still tried to run. When is she going to realize that a big corporation like that could have imprisoned them all months ago. She's such a child.

Helena is out of control, that poor OB/GYN got stabbed in the face!

The Few Who Dare

Orphan Black
S05E01
Season 5 Episode 1

Donnie made the right call to stay free, that way he can get help & save his wife, but man I can't believe they stabbed Helena's baby with a stick. Noo!

I guess it makes sense that Rachel is giving Cosima the cure. Westmorland & the rest of the Neolutionists probably don't want their clones to die. So maybe the truce is real, Art is not a clone so he better be careful. I really hope he gets to beat the hell out of his partner for threatening his daughter.

Who is the weird person helping Sarah? I hope it's a boy clone. It sucks that they are all gone, except for that pervert.

From Dancing Mice to Psychopaths

Orphan Black
S04E10

Sarah has been dumb all season, she says she doesn't trust Rachel, but she got outmaneuvered again. She even put the gun down to save Susan. Dumb. She's lucky that Rachel was using a cane & couldn't get a good shot because she was off balance. She should have brought Helena.

Rachel is not just evil, she's nuts. Crazy Rachel was talking like she's not a clone, but she's a clone! She is property of the corporation & if she tries to create a loophole to get out of that, the board will stop her because that will allow the other clones to get out too.

"You think she looks like me? I'm a 10 & she's like a 7."

That dude used the maggotbot to kill Evie! The swan dynasty guy turns out to be the 100 year old founder of neolution & he lives on the island. Is there a Swan Station?

At least Cosima stole the cure, but is she going to die? Is Sarah going to bleed out? Is Krystal going to accept that she's a clone of a "7". Will they bring back the other clones? Where was Mika?

The Mitigation of Competition

Orphan Black
S04E09

What! It's not even the season finale & Rachel Duncan took out Evie with the awesome double cross. That was so good, because Rachel is evil enough that it seemed really plausible that she would hurt that mom's kid just to be back in charge.

What are they going to do next episode? Those Swan Dynasty people do not look interesting at all & I honestly don't care about Delphine being alive.

Right after Art says that Sarah isn't going to impersonate Beth, she runs into that girl on the sidewalk & has to do just that.

I seriously thought that they were going to kill Allison, they killed that clone in the 1st season & they've done a lot with her & she had her faith again so even though they showed Helena's return, I didn't expect her to save the day. But man that was awesome & they even played her theme noise.

The Redesign of Natural Objects

Orphan Black
S04E08

This episode was better than the last one.

Siobhan went "Black Irish" & got her sniper rifle to take out Duko. The torture scene was a little anti-climatic. She barely shocked him with the car battery & then she shot him really quick. Poor Scott had to clean up after her.

"She even cheats at Agricola."

Scott should have gone to the island of Doctor Moreau, that's dumb that is was only Cosima, he's a mad scientist too. Shouldn't Sarah go so they can harvest her eggs or are they going to try to do that at Brightborn?

Man, I was getting really annoyed with Allison that she wasn't saving her husband. Her priest told her what she should do. Donnie is her husband. Donnie has done more to help & protect Allison than all the other clones combined have. All they do is use Allison for her stability, because she's one of the few adult clones. She should have been a little more relieved when she got the news while singing Judas' part though.

I can't believe they are going to make some weird incestuous clone baby.

The Antisocialism of Sex

Orphan Black
S04E07

After last week's really good episode, this one was really bad.

Sarah gets drunk & suddenly decides to be bisexual. It's so stupid. I know it's meant to show her in a despair spiral but it negates the past 3 seasons of her being straight, so dumb.

The only good part of the episode was Scott standing up for himself when Cosima was being an entitled offensive bitch & he let her know that he took offense. She's lucky he & his friend don't kick her out.

Cosima, also wasn't making any sense. She randomly cut her cheek with a scalpel? Dumb.

Also that that beardo hipster passed up a chance to sleep with Sarah because he couldn't stop talking about the cheek bots? Also Dumb.

Hopefully the next episode will be better.

The Scandal of Altruism

Orphan Black
S04E06

Oh no! I can't believe they got rid of the original! And stupid Sarah destroyed all the samples that they took from her! Are they going to kill Cosima? This was so shocking & it's not even the season finale & they did this.

Then the drive destroyed all their data, how do they not have backups? or anti-virus? This is why Adama didn't want to network the systems. How could Scott not make backups?

So Beth killed herself to keep the clones safe? That didn't work out, thanks Sarah.

"Clones are irrelevant. You're betamax."

Evie is savage, she even killed Delphine.

Felix pretending to be a cop with Krystal was funny.

Human Raw Material

Orphan Black
S04E05

How cool that they were playing with Magic: The Gathering, Liliana Vess & Nissa Revane action figures!

Sarah continues being a bitch, not just to Felix but to Allison as well, who got so fed up she hung up on Sarah. it was pretty good to see. Even though I'm on Felix's side, he shouldn't have brought his sister to the safe house.

Krystal is back, I forgot all about her. I didn't like that she let the nurse overpower her after the episode started by showing us how Krystal learned self-defense. I'm guessing she allowed it as part of her "investigation."

That evil cop guy is messing with Art & Helena is not around to kill him either.

"What exactly are you going to do in there?"
"I dunno! Sarah things? Skulk around, con people, look miserable?"

Evie Cho couldn't tell the clones apart!

Yuck! Susan Duncan kissed the clone boy, barf. Also that Voldemort baby was so sad & gross.

From Instinct to Rational Control

Orphan Black
S04E04

This episode had 6 clones!

Sarah continues being a selfish bitch this season, this time to Allison. She actually said "pull your weight" to Allison even though Allison has helped out a lot. She's the only one smart enough to have a normal life.

How funny when she started singing Jesus Christ Superstar. Then when Donny called her so he could fly Air Italia!

I didn't like how Ferdinand just handed over his password. Rachel is pretty heartless.

"Only a fluffy frutatta will she abide."

So the maggotbots are helping people become fertile? Or did Brightborn buy some of those bots? Sarah is already fertile, what's it going to do to her? Why did Leky have one?

Where is Helena going? Why did they make her leave? She's pregnant with twins. So dumb.

The Stigmata of Progress

Orphan Black
S04E03

Sarah was such a selfish bitch, Felix found his bio-half sister & she didn't even care. She wanted him to kick his sister out. All she's been doing this season is using him & not caring about him at all.

How could Sarah be so stupid as to agree to an operation by some woman she's never met before & without telling anyone? I knew it was a bad idea. It's a good thing crazy Ferdinand showed up to save her.

I like how Donnie stood up to those cops. They weren't arrested, he can answer for his wife.

"No they're dead." "I mean, before."

Rachel has her own clone-daughter!? but she's coughing up blood.

Ugh, please don't make Kira psychic, it was lame on Falling Skies. Grimm has a magic baby & so does The Originals.

Transgressive Border Crossing

Orphan Black
S04E02

More flashbacks, except this time they are really tied into what's happening now.

Sarah has a cheek maggot! Kira might have one too & they can't remove it or it will kill the host.

Mika has been hiding all this time & the entire show has basically taken place within 6 months or something.

Poor Felix, he felt so left out that he's trying to find his biological family. Those things don't usually work out but hopefully it will. He seemed really mad about being alone.

Helena is having twins, which is cool, but it made Allison sad because now there are two clones who can have kids but not Allison. She has those adopted kids, but it's never the same. Sorry Allison, clones being sterile is a feature not a bug. But at least she gets all the best lines:

"That's different. Helena's trained to kill people. We're manslaughterers."
&
"I'm completely overbooked, I have no time for Neos"

The Collapse of Nature

Orphan Black
S04E01

The entire episode was one long flashback retcon to before season one!!

So smart. It also fixed some plotholes & introduced a new clone. This is so much better than having the new clone suddenly show up & start explaining things. Hopefully they also thought through where this clone has been hiding the past 3 seasons. I wish she had some other kind of accent.

I can't believe Beth just shot Maggie Chen like that, it could have been anyone. Beth was on some heavy drugs, she was a big mess. Almost killing Paul & then cheating on Paul with her partner. Art should not have been helping her stay on the streets.

Thank goodness Art corrected that ME on her dumb theory. The magnets may be cool, but what a bunch of body mod weirdos. That dude with the tail was gross, I forgot about him.

Those paramedics  seriously couldn't cut out that worm without cutting out an entire cheek?
