The End

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E22
Season 5 Episode 22

After a boring & disconnected season, I was hoping they would all vanish thanks to Thanos but this episode turned out to be pretty good. It started out with that good scene of Yo-Yo arguing with Daisy about saving the world & May being selfish & destroying the Odium.

I guess they used all the money they saved on lighting for this season finale. This episode looked way better, with Qovas' ship crashing into the Chicago skyline but the superhero fight was really anti-climactic. Sure, it was the smart way to get rid of a super-villain, collateral damage was minimized without civilian casualties but it wasn't exciting and it was over really quickly. I didn't like how they ret-conned Graviton into being able to absorb anyone, that made no sense. He only absorbed the absorbing man, because Creel turned himself into Granitonium. Talbot can't absorb Daisy.

"We save lives"

They finally broke the time loop which means that the future they were in, is now a different earth. I totally forgot that Fitz is orbiting a planet. I thought they really were killing him.

The Force of Gravity

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E21
Season 5 Episode 21

Graviton absorbed the Absorbing Man. I can't believe that's how they killed such a famous Marvel villain. It was lame, they should have had Graviton extract the Gravitonium from Absorbing Man's body. The Absorbing Man should have been a bigger villain on this show.

Mack should have known better than to just shoot at Graviton, didn't they watch him kill General Hale. They need to talk him down if they aren't going to use powers against him.

So this episode takes place during the Dr. Strange & Iron Man fight against Ebony Maw in NYC. I really hope Daisy & Mack are erased in the last episode.

It was so dumb when Coulson kisses May right when the aliens are shooting at them. It wasn't romantic or funny. If Quake hadn't of shown up, they would have been shot in the legs. As if it wasn't unbelievable enough that May can fight men, they had her fight an alien who is stronger than humans.

The One Who Will Save Us All

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E20
Season 5 Episode 20

I wasn't watching this terrible show because I thought there was no way they would tie in this bizarre time-traveling bottle episode show to the movies, but they actually mentioned that Thanos was invading Earth, which explains why nobody showed up to do something about a large alien ship floating above American airspace.

It looks like Talbot is not going to be the Red Hulk, but instead is the new Graviton. They even gave him a costume & are making him paranoid. I like how he made Qovas kneel & took over the Remorath ship. I like the way he killed Hale, what a whining baby she's been the whole time.

They just made the Zephyr into a space ship by creating the artificial gravity just like Fitz discovered in the future.

Option Two

Agents of SHIELD
S05E19
Season 5 Episode 19

Agents of Low Budget. I liked that Zeke was talking about the multiverse. The Flash has already introduced it, so I don't see why they are having trouble with this on this show. The only people still watching this low-lighting show are hardcore fans anyway.

Coulson made a comment about bad lighting, but it isn't funny. It's annoying. They don't even have special effects on this show anymore. They were just shooting at fake aliens. They were dudes in masks. It was incredibly boring & the scene where they were banging on the doors, lasted forever.

The only good part of this episode was when they were all arguing with each other at the beginning. Yo-Yo really should have told someone that saving Coulson is what ruins things. Mack is now butthurt that he was wrong. He should trust her. She knows what she's talking about, even if he doesn't understand time travel. He watches Alien movies but not Terminator? Whatever.

All Roads Lead...

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E18
Season 5 Episode 18

This week it was Agents of Betas

They left all the alpha males at the lighthouse while the girls went out & saved the world. They made Coulson sick, Deke is no longer the street smart survivor he was in the future, he's now some lovesick kid & they didn't even bother to give a reason for Mack being sidelined.

I'm so glad that Yo-Yo slit Ruby's neck. It's really annoying how these covert agents don't kill anyone. The plan was to put some weird substance, into a human body? I'm surprised 8% of Gavitonium didn't kill Ruby. It looks like Yo-Yo broke the time loop?

The absorbing man, finally absorbed something. They tried to stop Talbot from killing himself, just so Mack could shoot him? Because who cares about his son & wife. It would be cool if they introduce Graviton, but he's too powerful for this show.

The Honeymoon

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E17
Season 5 Episode 17

I like how Ruby opened up to her mom about how she tries to make her mom proud, but I was hoping she would kill her mom, instead she went & fought Quake. Somehow this awful show managed to make being outdoors in the daytime surrounded by bright white snow, dark. It's so annoying.

As if Marvel's agents of Rehash bringing back Hydra again, wasn't boring enough, & Ivanov & the robots, they brought back the little girl who can see the future. Even Deke was like, I thought I left this prophecy stuff behind.

I did like when Fitz said to Yo-Yo, no, we have a rule, we never leave each other's side. Which sounded cool but it's not true, because in the lighthouse they left each other's side all the time.

Inside Voices

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E16
Season 5 Episode 16

As soon as Yo-Yo told Mack to let Fitz out, I knew that Gemma was faking but I didn't think she was actually doing the experiment like she did. That's pretty crazy. If she is trying to break the loop, obviously her dying before she has a daughter would break the time loop so it's pretty stupid that they believe they are in a time loop & invincible, while at the very same time trying to break the time loop.

The General Hale storyline is so boring. Watching that little girl fight Crusher Creel, a grown man, is so absolutely ridiculous. They never said Ruby was an inhuman or genetically enhanced. She should have been killed with one punch. It's really dumb that he wasn't in some other substance while he fought her. I guess they spent their cgi budget on Yo-Yo's dumb arms, that nobody cares about. We want to see the Absorbing Man, absorb things.

Oh & gravitonium is alive. Just dumb, the entire episode.

Rise and Shine

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E15
Season 5 Episode 15

Agents of suck just keeps going. After the mental break of last episode where Fitz turned into Leopold. This episode, Agent May actually calls him a super-villain & asks him for advice on how to deal with General Hale. The only good part of the episode was when Fitz said to Daisy "do you want me to recount all the times you betrayed us?" and like the stubborn child that she is, she stormed out of the room.

They gave us some dumb backstory about Hydra & Sitwell as teenagers, blah. Nobody cares. Of course they inserted their stupid politics into the writing & as usual they completely messed it up. When Daisy said "I can't believe we're still fighting Nazi's" not only does it ignore that this dumb show ret-conned Hydra into being alien worshipers, not Nazi's, it also shows how Hydra & so-called Nazi's are actually a powerless tiny group of people.

But then the best part of the sjw stupidity was when they had the General hale say that America was built on oppression. So only an evil Nazi bad guy would think that America is built on oppression. They don't even give their stupid sjw dialogue to the right character!

Meanwhile, they keeping moving towards the future we saw in the beginning of this season, so...yay?

The Devil Complex

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E14
Season 5 Episode 14

I thought they were done with the fear dimension, but no, some astronaut showed up to attack Gemma. So then when Fitz was talking about Doctor Leopold, it seemed plausible but then Daisy said "who are you talking to?" and then they revealed that it was him having a breakdown. He was really smart & ruthless as Leopold & actually solved the problem, but he made Daisy have her powers again so the future is getting closer to coming true.

General Hale and Coulson talking in metaphors, was so lame & boring. It was really stupid, not clever. So was her revealing herself to be Hydra at the end of the episode. That was incredibly dumb. They resolved the Hydra storyline, they should have moved to AIM or some other group. This show is so terrible.

At least the general mentioned the low-lighting and called it torture. There is no reason for it to be so dark that you can't see what's happening.

Principia

Agents of SHIELD
S05E13
Season 5 Episode 13

Even though I hate Gravitonium, I liked the floating ship. and i could see how something like that would not be noticed floating in the sky.

I wish Deke had said something to his grandma. The playing catch thing was funny, too bad they didn't tie it into Guardians of The Galaxy, another missed opportunity by this show.

Hydra was a boy's club? What the hell was General Hale talking about? Not only was the daughter there, but Madame Hydra was a big part. If this show isn't being terrible, it's insulting the audience.

Hypenate their names? There's no way I would put up with that feminist crap. But I'm not nice Guy Fitz who was ok with Simmons getting raw-dogged by an astronaut.

Now I'm annoyed that they mentioned Deathlok. He would improve the show just by being on. The team of villains is really lame so far, Werner von Strucker can remember everything? Who cares. So can the actress from Taxi.

The Real Deal

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E12
Season 5 Episode 12

What a terrible show.

The color on this show is infuriating. It's so washed out & dark. It's basically Black & White. For what? They don't even use special effects.

The fact that they brought back Deathlok for nothing after they teased us with the Absorbing Man last episode is so annoying. There is no SHIELD? This show should have re-built SHIELD as a real covert organization, that way it wouldn't be in the movies. Instead we get all this garbage like a fear dimension; Really? maybe that's in the comics, I don't know.

At least they mentioned Ghost Rider again & that Coulson got stabbed by Loki.

Deke being a descendant of Fitz & Simmons was ok I guess, but all I could think about while she read her vows is how she let that astronaut raw-dog her on that Hydra planet after only a couple of months.

All the Comforts of Home

Agents of SHIELD
S05E11
Season 5 Episode 11

This show just keeps being terrible. The daughter turned out to be lame Xena rip off & Yo-yo's arms were chopped off? That was so dumb. How did that even happen? She's way faster than a chakram so it should not have happened.

These chrono-whatevers are so dumb, they aren't funny at all.

They should have left Deke in the future. We watched him eat and drink for over 5 minutes. Who wants to watch that? They didn't even mention the Inhumans in Hawaii. Are you kidding? An Asgardian somewhere? Hello, Thor: Ragnarok had the entire population heading towards Earth. They should have dealt with that instead of building their own lame Suicide Squad.

I am also sick of the washed out colors on this show. Is that budget really that bad that they have to hide their bad production values with shadows.

Past Life

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E10
Season 5 Episode 10

This season has just sucked. This episode tacked on more stupidity to what has been a stupid season. The Kree cut off Yo-Yo's arms? Not her legs? It makes perfect sense to cut off a speedsters arms & not her legs.

Kasius talking to Sinara's dead body wasn't scary, & him wiping her eye makeup off her face just makes it all look even stupider. And Kassius had to take Kree-PCP to beat Mack? Whatever. Mack should have used the shotgun axe to chop off his head, instead of another stabbing in the back. We already saw that with Kassisus's brother.

It's even worse than I thought. Flint didn't gather time travel rock from space, flint was able to create time travel rock. How ridiculous.

They talked again about the time loop and stupid Coulson kidnapped Daisy even though she made her decision. He's dooming the earth & keeping them in the loop. It was so stupid. Maya & Flint should have vanished as soon as the team went back in time & broke the time loop but they didn't, so the loop is still active. Or these writers are complete morons. What a stupid episode. This show deserves to be on Fridays where nobody watches. Spider-Man Homecoming did what this show should have been doing. The DC shows know to use small time supervillains every week, but this show can't? How is that possible?

Best Laid Plans

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E09
Season 5 Episode 9

This show just keeps getting worse. The zephyr has been abandoned on Earth, exposed to the elements, aliens & "gravity storms" (that's not how gravity works) for over 70 years, but it still has enough structural integrity to fly into space?! & the maneuvering thrusters still work too.

Now they are trying to give Enoch jokes & none of them were funny.

Deke, instead of killing Daisy & saving the earth, took down Sinara. Then suddenly, Kasius also has someone who can see the future. Then why didn't he use that person before?

Well they went with the more difficult solution with Flint, he's going to somehow isolate time travel rock. Dumb. That kid has no experience with his powers.

What the hell is Gravitonium & why are they talking as if we've encountered this before? Maya is alive & back from Tahiti but she's a mess now.

I see why they moved this show to Fridays & why the ratings are down.

The Last Day

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E08
Season 5 Episode 8

Oh god, this time travel story line is so stupid. Fitz is finally saying what I said, that their timeline is fixed. Unless they are in a loop, which is just as stupid. There's no way they can break a time loop. Then we got dumb flashbacks to the future after Daisy destroys the earth where everyone is living in the lighthouse including Fitz, which makes no sense because Fitz is in cryostasis in orbit somewhere.

And Fitz invents time travel. He's suddenly Mr. Fantastic level of smart now?

Rhe dad from Beyond was right. Daisy should have killed herself to save the earth. Everyone already told her but she's such a child.

Oh look, Melinda gets to be a mom raising that Inhuman & making up for killing that other Inhuman little girl, boring.

I liked when Yo-Yo took out the Vrellnexians, an alien species I've never read about.

Ugh, I guess Flint is going to make all the asteroids come together & re-form the earth. I doubt he can isolate & make all the time rock come together.

Together or Not at All

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E07
Season 5 Episode 7

Ugh, this story is so terrible. I thought Sinara was dead. Fitz shot her. I could have sworn they sliced Kasius on the other cheek. but who cares.

Like I've been saying the whole time, where are they going to go? They escaped the fight room & had nowhere to go. Then their ship was destroyed. I don't know why the trawler wasn't blown out of the sky when they escaped for the surface.

Gravity storm? Sure that makes sense. That's how gravity works.

Flint, who controls rocks, should be the most powerful person on a space station surrounded by space rocks.

Fun & Games

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E06
Season 5 Episode 6

This story-line bothers me so much that I have to point out how stupid it is that Quake was transported into the future, before she destroys the earth & Fitz was in cryo for 70+ years which means that when this stupid adventure is over, they will return to the past & Quake will still destroy the earth!

Because really, once she left 2017, future history should have proceeded with the team not being on earth. Which means that Deke should not have any footage or historical records of Quake doing that. The fact that he does means that they go back & she destroys the earth anyway. What a stupid story-line. They should have blamed Thanos for the earth, not her.

That dude couldn't beat May? She was injured. At the same time I expected her to do better. I doubt people are really thinking when they fight.

Maya is dead, good job SHIELD. On the plus side Fitz killed that Kree Ms. Terrific & a bunch of other people.

Rewind

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E05
Season 5 Episode 5

What a terrible episode. They tried to explain how Fitz gets to the future & all they did was make more plot holes & introduce more stupid things.

There's some bald watcher from Fringe. Then Fitz goes into the future by going into a stasis pod orbiting some planet until that alien wakes him up 74 years later? The alien doesn't interfere unless the little girl makes it a prophecy? What a stupid rule. They didn't explain what the obelisk was or why, it was so dumb. I guess this show is for girls now, because all they focus on is FitzSimmons & their nonsense love story.

I don't know who that military woman was. I forgot about the assassination of General Talbot.

He needed books? That was so dumb. He didn't look at the surveillance video until Hunter rescued him? Just so many stupid things. The only good thing was them arguing about soccer, even though I didn't know what they were talking about. The Han Solo joke wasn't that funny.

A Life Earned

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E04
Season 5 Episode 4

It's really difficult watching this season. I'm only 4 episodes in & I don't see why the Kree haven't killed the AOS. They behave like children all the time. Kasius  took away Gemma's hearing & she saw him kill somebody. I don't get why they refuse to understand the situation they are in. Quake is the same way. Now that she knows she is powerful enough to destroy the earth she thinks she can talk back to the Kree, but what is she going to do? Destroy the space station? The psychic explained to her what life is like & instead of understanding, she just wants to be a bull in a china shop. She used to be a hacker. Hack in & disable the space station, take control. No she just wants to fight now.

How is it that Kasius can't leave the space station? So everyone is sterile & children are a reward. I hope they thought this through, because this society doesn't make any sense. If they are all chipped with a metric, how do the Kree not know where people are or when they are in a part of the station they shouldn't be in?

The big reveal of Fitz at the end wasn't shocking or interesting because it's so hard to like these characters & this show.

A Life Spent

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD
S05E03
Season 5 Episode 3

Why is Daisy the star of this show. Do people really like her? Even in this season, she's back to acting like a child. Where do they think they are going to go after they upend that space station & get innocent humans killed. They don't have a time-turner, They don't have a ship.

Gemma was acting like a child too. Kasius made her deaf & she's still running around yelling "you can't." How stupid is she? She hasn't once begged or said please. She's just arrogantly yelling orders at people who will kill her.

Who are those red-eye people?

I thought those were aliens, but are they actually future roaches?? That inhuman girl was ok, I guess. Her power should have worked in a different way, than just relaxing.
