All right some real pirate action! Woodes Rogers crashed his ship into the Pirate ship & they were boarded. So much sword fighting. Flint has been fighting non-stop. He fought Silver's men, Silver & Billy on a mast. Then he fought Woodes Rogers with Rackham. I was sure he would be keel hauled, but nope.
I like that Silver didn't kill flint & that they are still friends. What a complicated friendship they have, but when Long John Silver was telling Madi where Flint was, I thought that they were going to break Thomas out of that plantation, not have Flint get sent there. That was surprising. It looks like the jailers going to let them be gay as much as they want. I like that stupid Max had to watch as Anne ran into Rackham arms. Take that, loser.
Ugh, why did they hire a girl to play that role, she looked like a deformed boy. It was really distracting. I'm glad that Maddie changed her mind & saw that Silver was right. Stupid Billy is alive. I guess he's in the book? A great season finale, but now I have to read Treasure Island.

With those flashbacks to Captain Flint teaching Long John Silver how to fight, I was sure one of them was going to die. Luckily neither did. I don't remember reading
Treasure Island, so I don't know what will happen. I may read it after this show ends.
Poor Long John Silver , he is going nuts trying to save his woman & she does not care about her life. She is like Flint & is ready to die for their pointless war on civlization.
I like that Woodes Rodgers didn't wait for the deadline, he just sent his men to set the Walrus on fire. That's what I would have done. Of course he's still in his "burn it to the ground" phase after what happened to
Eleanor.
It looks like Captain Rackham is coming to the rescue, I wonder who he is going to rescue.

Billy betrayed the pirates, again. Captain Rogers found those guys on the island & just snuck up on Flint's ship in the dead of night. Then he just starts shooting his prisoners! Woodes Rogers does not play around!
That sucks that Long John Silver was being loyal to his friend Captain Flint but Flint betrayed Silver. I know that Flint it right & that's it's stupid to jeopardize everything for a woman, especially after she admitted that he wasn't enough for her. But watching Flint take the treasure chest was rough.
Nobody cares about Max & Anne Bonny & grandma Guthrie. Nobody. Who do they think is watching this show? If I wanted to watch Days of Our Lives, I would stay home from work.

That sucks that Madi is still alive. I like that Billy decided to betray everyone after he felt they turned on him. He's wrong & stupid, but I like that he's trying to get revenge.
Captain Flint tried not to destroy everything, but now he's dreaming of making the new world into some anarchic, pirate chaos world. I can't believe anyone would follow him. He was actually talking about going to Boston!
The last season has been going so well & then they pull this feminist crap. Yeah, grandma Guthrie is really the one running the business, sure she is. What a load of nonsense, that was so stupid. Almost as bad as Max magically having her accounting ledger with her. Max got on the pirate ship with Rackham at the last minute, she didn't have her books with her.
Long John Silver is making a mistake. Even Madi's mom doesn't think it's worth giving away the treasure to save her. Now everyone wants to kill Captain Flint. This season is going to end really well if they can avoid more feminist stupidity.

This was a good episode but I really hope they get back in the ocean before the show ends.
When that Spanish sailor told Woodes Rogers that he couldn't put the genie back in the bottle, I thought they were just messing with us.
I'm so glad Eleanor is dead, but it wasn't as satisfying. During her fight it sure seemed like she might survive. When Flint was leaving that house I thought he should give the swords of the dead Spanish soldiers to the women. Mady dying too was unexpected.
Omg, when is Max going to die. She insults him & then says that she can defeat Woodes Rogers?! Give me a break. Rackham should have thrown her over the side.

The Spanish armada is coming to Nassasu! This is going to be a massive slaughter.
I agree with that pirate about killing billy. That sucks but Billy was wrong. This deal should have led to less fighting not more. Turns Billy & FLint were both wrong. I'm surprised that Billy lost to Israel Hands. He wasn't taken by surprised, so I expected a better fight out of him.
Ii like how Captain Rodgers was speaking spanish. How did they know who he was? i guess his scar?
It was pretty sad when Silver asked Madi if he was enough for her. The answer is always "No". Stupid Eleanor complaining about the men, when they do all the work. I really hope she gets killed soon.

Did Flint agree to that Eleanor's deal to save Long John Silver & his girlfriend because of what Billy said?
Billy did have a point about Flint fighting an unending unwinnable battle against the British Empire. I just didn't expect Flint to agree to that, especially because it isn't his gold. Eleanor is just trying to save her new husband & the island from being invaded, but why did Flint do it?
I can't believe none of the pirates fought dirty except for Anne . That had to suck that Captain Jack had to keep naming men to be killed.
The island is descending into chaos with the new free slave army. It's going to be good!

Oh man, the pirates invaded Nassau in broad daylight! I guess Billy heard what was happening. They killed that fat dude. That was a good ending with his locket falling to the ground. Pretty sad.
I can't believe that Jack surrendered. I thought he had a plan to double cross Rodgers. Did he even have a plan, except save Blackbeard's life? Which only lasted a few hours. It's too bad they shot him, I would have kept dragging him.
I was wondering how Blackbeard was bloody, I didn't realize they were dragging him under the hull against the barnacles. That's a pretty brutal way to kill someone, they drown while they get cut up. Did they really do that?

Long John Silver is such a really good talker. What a great speech he gave that guy!
I really hope they do kill Eleanor. I forgot how many people she's betrayed.
The slave owners were really smart coming up with a plan like that. Flint was right. I can't believe Billy made such a stupid decision & started fighting each other with the militia on the way. Looks like Billy isn't a good leader after all. At least Flint knew when he was defeated, I don't think that woman even had to convince him.
I'm surprised that Max actually thinks she will have a future in the new society that she's been promised. She's a whore. Once Rodgers gets rid of the pirates, she'll be back to being a 2nd class citizen or worse. She's so dumb. She's lucky Long John Silver didn't kill her there when she threatened to arrest him. I didn't want Max to die, but it looks like she's going to. With Eleanor leaving & Woodes already gone, nobody is going to protect her.

What a great season premiere. This is how a last season should be. The opening shot of Long John Silver underwater with the camera turning up to see the carnage on the surface was great.
What a crazy plan by Woodes Rodgers, sinking those ships so that the pirate ships would run aground. Brilliant! I really liked Flint using the sails to tilt his ship so that his cannons could hit the fort. & then Rodgers realizing what he was up to!
I know Billy hates Flint but he still needs to be careful. Flint is a mad man & Billy is an idiot. I like that Flint admitted that Long John Silver is his friend.
Why did Rodgers even try to get a divorce? Eleanor needs to go with the women & do some sewing & shut up.

That was some battle!
The ships were shooting their cannons at each other & then Blackbeard's pirate navy showed up & Anne swam underwater onto a British ship & turned it's cannons on the other British ships. They were fighting on land & Flint sacrificed a bunch of men on the beach, for his plan.
Honigold figured it out that Flint was capable of that but he didn't figure out the whole plan & now he's dead.
Yay, they buried some treasure! Arrrrgh!
I like how everyone flinched when there was an explosion on the ship but Blackbeard didn't & he just looked at Rackham.
Long John Silver is king of the pirates!
They even built a Pirate council at the end.

I can't believe they killed Captain Vain. No last minute rescue like with Flint. I'm surprised he sacrificed himself like that. I wonder if Blackbeard is going to join Flint now to get some revenge. Eleanor & her revenge might come back to bite her. i'm surprised those dudes are even listening to her.
I like how that old whore said that Eleanor just makes new enemies & defines herself that way.

I like that Flint now respects Long John Silver enough to try his plan & discusses what it's like to become an evil man. It was like Darth Sidious taking to Anakin about Darth Plagueis.
I like how Rackham maneuvered himself into being a captain again.
They killed Mr. Scott too. This is going to be some battle & the Spanish haven't even shown up yet.

That was such an awesome stage coach scene. It made me want to watch a western. They took out all the British regulars though. I was thinking they might have hurt Jack Rackham when they took out the wheel. That fight with Vane & Captain Rodgers was really good. Nothing fancy just hard punches & swings.
So funny when Rackham gave Rodgers that look when the Bonny showed up.
"Simply because the Governor decided to put his...trust in you, I have no intention of doing the same."
It sucks that now Vane is in custody. They never should have let Eleanor go meet him in private. I don't think Billy is going to be able to break him out of the fort now.
It's a good thing that Long John Silver was honest with that woman. The could have turned out really bad. I'm surprised they were ok with the code red. How is anyone going to feel safe sleeping after that.

I did not expect to see that sniveling punk Dufresne show up but it was so awesome that Long John Silver took care of him. Blackbeard was right.
Then Long John Silver was embracing The Dark Side & letting the hate flow through him.
"There is an element to this journey into the dark, I'm only now beginning to appreciate."
'What's that?'
"How good it feels."
I like that Flint & Long John Silver are still confiding in each other.
It was really good how they dealt with keeping pirates away from meeting with Flint. It doesn't look good & Captain Rogers is not a weakling. Scheming Eleanor slept with him, just to set up some stuff for the future. He knows not to trust her, I hope he double crosses her.
"Let us be very clear about something. I am reasonable in seeking peace. But if you insist upon making me your villain, I'll play the part."
Now there is going to be some crazy pirate action when they rescue Rackham! And everyone's back together too.

I didn't expect Vayne to save Flint's life at the last minute. I'm surprised the pirates didn't really react. Billy certainly wouldn't have saved him, because apparently he's just hanging around waiting for Flint to die.
I was sure Jack Rackham would be arrested & tortured by Woddes Rogers, then I thought he would play along with Max & Eleanor but then he double crossed everyone! How does he expect to fight the Spanish?
"Did you really think I wouldn't be able to convey a thought to Anne"
Ii don't get why Flint wants to take Nassau so bad, his home is the sea. What island is Blackbeard & his fleet on. What's wrong with that island?.
I hope they fix Long John Silver's stump. I'm not sure how staying behind on slave island helps anyone.

That was a good scene with Vane & the Spanish sailor. I like that they respected each other as men. That was a good explanation for why they fought the pirates, unlike that other ship who surrendered without a fight. Jack Rackham has a lot of faith that Anne will wait for him.
I knew that girl was eavesdropping for a reason! And now she wants some of the gold, captain Rogers is getting tempted all over the place. I hope he doesn't fall for Eleanor's manipulations.
Captain Flint, right after he considered giving up, changes his mind with a crazy plan!
"They pledged to follow me when they thought I was alive. They turned when they thought I was gone. So I will come back from the dead and lay claim to what I am owed."

Mr. Scott is the king of secret island! I did not see that coming. Really well done, the way they made us forget about him. The queen's daughter being sympathetic was a little too convenient, they should have had Long John Silver say that he had been watching her for days.
I liked seeing Long John Silver & Captain Flint being more honest with each other, especially when Flint remembered that it what his plan too, to offer all the pirates a pardon. He's probably considering taking a pardon too now that he doesn't really have much to live for, especially once he finds out that Vane is gone with Blackbeard.
That was a good talk between Vane & Rackham. They were like 'handshake? nah bro hug it out'
That British captain, Woodes Rogers, is pretty smart himself. He realized it was going to burn before they did. I'm curious if that chambermaid is spying for the pirates or if she's just nosy.

Flint just shot those two dudes.
"If you're not strong enough to do what needs to be done, I'll do it for you."
That shark looked pretty real. I was wondering why Long John Silver banged on the boat. Smart. I'm surprised they ate it raw. I liked that they were feeding some of the weaker pirates.
I can't believe Silver confessed to betraying Flint over the Urca gold & then admitted to giving it up just to remain a part of the crew. It was a crazy confession, but it probably made Flint respect him more as a man.
Flint finally got some time to grieve. It made sense that he was crying alone in his office. The Miranda hallucination really explained who she was.
That was a pretty good reason for Black Beard wanting Vane to join him. 8 years is a long time, has he just been killing his wives each time they give him a daughter like Henry the VIIth?
Stupid Bonny, Max is abandoning you just like Rackham warned.

That was an awesome storm sequence. I liked how they would cut from the insane chaos of the pirates trying to survive as the ship went horizontal on those huge waves, to people at Nassau calmly talking.
Such a good episode. They had Blackbeard Punisher talk about facing death while Flint & his men are out there doing just that. Captain Flint chopped those ropes & killed those dudes in order to save the ship & then tied himself to the steering wheel, while everyone else went below deck. Poor John Silver had to watch that guy drown after they talked about taking care of each other.
Rackham is making a bad decision just because of that stupid coward Max. Exchanging the gold for commodities that can spoil or have price fluctuations is a terrible idea. Just wait until everyone finds out what he's doing. so stupid.
Then after all that struggle with the storm, they end up in the Sargasso sea with no wind & no food.

That was a great opening scene with a really long take of Flint just killing people. He is on a rampage since that woman was killed last season. He may be crazy mad but he knows how to captain a ship. It's so funny when Silver is always amazed that Flint is almost always right on the sea. I wonder if he's going to lose more of his leg.
So a few months have gone by with Rackham & Max sort of running Nassau, not very well. I didn't realize Vane is so anti-slavery because of his time as a slave when he was a boy on that island. Eleanor is going to use the British to go after Vane. That is going to be some battle with 4 ships but it's going to take months to get there.
