The best part was the few minutes before the show started. We saw a vampire who basically started turning people when the sky turned grey & how quickly it spread.
After that, it was more dumb people acting dumb. suddenly Scanlon cared about his wife & Van Helsing was going to give herself up even though she keeps talking about leaving to find her daughter. So which is it?
Her ability to turn vampire human now makes no sense. For some reason the doctor didn't want to drink her blood, even though every other vampire did, so Van Helsing bit the doctor. It was just dumb.
